Dear Members,
Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and had a Happy New Year's eve and day!
Our Interact club has placed the sock and mask collection boxes at the Nutley Library, Personal Touch Florist, Blue Foundry Bank and Investors Bank, as part of an initiative with Knock Knock Give a Sock.
Let's spread the word and let the donating begin!

We've also helped schedule a tentative January 19 Zoom visit from the Madison Interact club who have created a food drive program to help with food insecurity. They will present their program to our club and we will go from there to see if it is duplicatable in Nutley.

POPPIN POPCORN fundraiser: Please log in and register yourself.
You than can promote it thru email or Facebook.
Organization ID # 118253, Password; NR2020
Let's also support our ongoing Pampered Chef fundraiser!

Looking forward to reaching out to Veterans in 2021!
Happy New Year!

BEING ROTARIAN
Thank you to JoAnn Scarpelli, for her dedication to the bread pick up and delivery. JoAnn always has a smile (through the mask!) and is a great partner. Today Vitiello's gave us some bread and 9 boxes of Christmas cookies, in addition to 2 boxes of pastries.

Statement from Rotary International

At Rotary, we have no tolerance for racism. Promoting respect, celebrating diversity, demanding ethical leadership, and working tirelessly to advance peace are central tenets of our work.

We have more work to do to create more just, open and welcoming communities for all people.

We know there are no easy fixes and that challenging conversations and work lie before all of us. Rotary’s strength has long been our ability and commitment to bringing people together. We will tap into that strength now as we stand with those who are working for peace and justice.

Rotary will do our part to listen, learn and take action to ensure that we continue to contribute to making positive change.
