Nutley Rotary is a strong supporter of Nutley Family Service Bureau, and our member, Eileen Painter, Executive Director. Rotary is part of the wider community answering the call to help out in these trying times. So proud to be a Rotarian! Here are Linda's words, after helping out with the bread pickup and delivery today. They are way more eloquent than mine! Throughout my life in Nutley I have supported the NFSB financially, but couldn’t volunteer because of my work schedule. Now that I am volunteering during this crisis, I see their depth of commitment to those in need & I see first hand how incredibly valuable this organization is to our community. Eileen is an overly remarkable leader, and the volunteers are hard working & dedicated. The businesses, stores, bakery’s & community members donating to the food pantry is highly emotive. There is much I will take away from living through this pandemic, but the greatest thing will be this........”there is so much good in the world....yes, it certainly DOES take a village Eileen, and our little village of Nutley rocks strong! 💕💕💕💪🏻#nutleystrong. 💪🏻 |
